Amirah is a member of the Northeast Belly Dance Association, NBDA. She has studied with Mystique, Khadija, and Elena. Amirah has performed for different charity, cultural, and celebratory events. Performances included Multicultural Day at the Cape Cod Community College, Jewels of the Nile, held in Falmouth, and the Icicles and Fringe Charity event. www.amirahdancing.com

Dee holds a license in Kriya Massage, is a Reiki Shamballa Master and holds a certificate in Yoga, a white belt in Nia, and has practiced Tai Chi for many years. She strives to live a mindful life through the practice of meditation, yoga, dance and a joyful heart. This she wishes to share at Simply Soothing Sanctuary.

Debra is a Certified Reflexologist and Reiki Master with the intention of working through your sole to reach your soul in harmony aspiring for the best and highest good of her clients.

Annmarie is an energetic Nia White Belt instructor. With a lifelong passion for dance and music she brings to Nia a diverse background to include Jazz, Ballet, Tap and Competitive Ballroom Dancing. As a practicing Occupational Therapist, Annmarie embraces the mind/body/spirit Nia philosophy of fitness as a movement experience to promote health. She is excited to be sharing Nia on the South Shore. Let’s Dance!!
