Greet Your Feet With Debra Bunszel, Certified Reflexologist
Mondays 9:30 am or 7:30 pm $10.00 (Call first)

This weekly class is a self-touch meditation

At the end of the day we all take our shoes off, however, after this class YOU may never do it the same way again. In this hour class you will learn the basics of Reflexology and the benefits of working on your own feet and hands. Set up similar to a yoga class, Debra will instruct participants through a self-reflex session called “Greet Your Feet”. This time spent with each other will be enlightening to the fact that we can reduce body pain and stress as well as increase circulation just by working Reflexology on the feet and hands. Debra will share with you techniques, stories and ideas that will help you honor your feet and create the desire to help them feel better and be at their best.

Reiki Share in Sacred Space
Come and be within the energy of like minded people and have the opportunity to give and receive. It is a known fact that the more we give the more we receive. This is so true with our energy practices. Just like LOVE, the more we give the more we get!! Be with us in Sacred Space as we share our Reiki & Shambala energies.
